Experience the vineyards of the Duché d'Uzès in a truly unique way.

Cycle Between the Vines is a private half-day wine journey combining cycling, authentic winery visits and local gastronomy. Designed for private groups, you'll discover the region at a relaxed pace, following a carefully planned route of approximately 40 km through vineyards, olive groves, woodland, rolling countryside and picturesque villages.

You'll cycle between three carefully selected wineries, enjoying the changing landscapes along the way. At each winery, I will meet your group for a guided tasting, introducing you to the wines, the winemakers and the unique terroir of the Duché d'Uzès.

The journey between each winery is just as memorable as the destinations themselves.

What's included in this 3.5+ hours experience:

- 3 visits with wine tastings (4 to 7 wines included per visit).
- Visits to the cellars of small family managed estates.
- Expert Languedoc wine guide and driver.
- Travel in a comfortable 4WD (max. 4 people).

Program:

- 8:45am: Departure from the Uzès Tourist Office.
- 9:00am: The 1st winery belongs to a pair of young wine makers with a similar vision, but very different experiences. Both have worked in other wine regions in France and overseas which allows them to blend their skills to craft wines that reflect the myriad styles of wine of Uzès. 
- 10:00am: The 2nd visit is to the cellars of a family estate situated next to remnants of the old Roman aqueduct that leads to the famous Pont du Gard. A second tasting.allow you discover another style of wine that makes Uzès’ wine making so diverse.
- 11:00am: The 3rd winery is a showcase for the diversity of wines and varietals that are produced in Uzès. Here you will taste an array of wines that will truly …… the wines of the region.
- 12.15: Return to Uzès.

- Departure time: 08:45am - Return around 12:30pm.
- Lunch is not included.
