This tour is for those who already have a good knowledge of wine. Accompanied by Nick Martin, you will visit a biodynamic winery in the Camargue. It will be special day out; you will be introduced to the general principles of biodynamic viticulture, and a very special family that is very much in love with its vineyards, taking care of them in a very special way.

You will be driven around the estate by the winemaker with a stop to enjoy unique views of the Camargue and (on a good day), a good part of southern France.

What's included in this 6.5+ hours experience:

- a visit with wine tasting (8 -10 wines included).
- a visit to the cellars of the family estate.
- WSET certified wine guide and driver.
- travel in a comfortable 4WD (max. 4 people). - - picnic style lunch with the winemaker.

Program:

- 8:45am: Departure from the Uzès Tourist Office.
- 9:30am: The first winery has belonged to the same family for generations. After a stint in Australia, Emmanuel took over from his father to produce a wide range of wines under the Pays d’Oc label that reflects the best of what is produced in Languedoc-Roussillon. 
- 10:45am: This estate was acquired when Lionel return to the Cévennes to make wine. With expert help and avant-garde techniques, he creates out-of-the-ordinary high quality wines surrounded by magnificent landscapes and unspoiled nature.
- 12:15pm: This beautiful little winery, run by Dutch couple Wilma & Ronald, is nestled in the foothills of the Cévennes where wildlife abounds. They produce small batches of delicious hand crafted red, white and rosé wines. Your lunch with locally grown and sourced produce will be here!
- 2.30 pm: Return to Uzès.
